What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive trademark paralegal support to attorneys.
• Assist with trademark filings, renewals, and maintenance.
• Conduct trademark research and due diligence using databases.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and legal documents with high accuracy.
• Maintain and update case files, databases, and tracking systems.
• Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and external parties regarding trademark matters.
• Manage deadlines, filings, and compliance requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Support attorneys with general administrative tasks, including calendar management.
• Ensure all work aligns with firm policies and legal procedures.

What You'll Bring

• Recent college graduate with a high GPA.
• Relevant internships or substantive work experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Word; ability to draft correspondence independently.
• Experience with relational databases, Excel, and file management systems is a plus.
• High attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and work efficiently under deadlines.
• Proactive, flexible, and professional with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well with all levels of staff and attorneys.
• Commitment of two years or more is strongly preferred.
• Availability to start soon and work standard hours (Monday-Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.), with flexibility for overtime when needed.
