Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Manager
Location: Irvine, CA (On-site)

Summary:We are looking for a seasoned Quality Control Manager to lead our team in maintaining and enhancing product quality. The role focuses on overseeing quality processes, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, and driving continuous improvements to meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage QC team in inspection, testing, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development of team members.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other quality management system standards.
  • Analyze data, address non-conformances, and implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality management and leadership in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality control principles.
  • Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational improvement methods.
