What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline (preferred).

  • 6+ years of HR management experience.

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and budgeting.

  • A collaborative spirit and servant-leader mindset.

  • Commitment to Christian values and the mission of faith-based service.
