The Process Engineering Director will drive strategic initiatives and roadmaps enterprise-wide. This person will have a critical role in re-engineering and implementing processes across ERP, IT, and business, in effort to help the company continue modernization and growth.

The candidate will have a strong background in planning, creating and executing technology and organizational processes, ERP systems, applications systems, proven project management, and experience streamlining initiatives and/or transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, team building and effective decision-making skills.

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:

  • Provide leadership and accountability for multi-discipline, multi-site Process Engineering initiatives ensuring that deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and meet quality expectations.
  • Drive and execute the implementation of an enterprise ERP solution, including the processes and documentation
  • Lead the planning and processes for organizational modernization
  • Re-engineer business processes across the enterprise
  • Build out and implement the processes around eCommerce expansion
  • Work closely with the IT Director in planning and executing IT projects
  • Resource planning for specific projects as part of the Engineering strategic and implementation plans
  • Develop, implement, and validate companywide Process Engineering processes and optimal approaches
  • Collaborate with, Business teams, Software Engineering teams, vendors and suppliers
  • Collaborate with other functional teams to drive best practices towards project completion

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have worked in Distribution, Wholesale Distribution, and/or Manufacturing environments
  • Proven experience implementing processes within one of said industries
  • Proven experience in multiple environments, implementing process improvements and implementations, roadmaps, workflows and documentation
  • Minimum of 10 years of technology leadership experience
  • ERP project experience, preferably implementation and/or re-implementation
  • Preference for someone who has large corporate environment experience, who can bring that perspective to the team
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Strong acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems and clearly communicate topics across various audiences
  • Strong ability to partner with executive leadership
