We are looking for an experienced Workday Advanced Comp
consultant to join our client's team either in a long term consulting engagement or FTE.

Responsibilities Include
Superior communication, consultative and presentation skills with solid technical abilities to lead client engagements
Experience in data loads, validation and extraction of Workday Data (iLoads, EIB, workbooks, Advanced Loads, XML, etc )
Provide expert client management skills that includes capturing of business requirements, providing options and sharing best practices within the Workday ecosystem, as well as participating in business development discussions to deepen relationships
Design and implement solutions to solve highly complex technical and business problems
Responsible for adhering to the Workday Methodology
Configuration experience; be able to drive process design and should be able to learn as needed
Collaborate with other consultants, including other functional areas to deliver a complete solution including the various touch points between modules
Accountable for the successful deployment of your workstream into production
Desired Experiences And Skills
Experience on implementations specific to Workday Advanced Compensation (either through consulting or client-side experience) required
Workday Certification in HCM, Core Compensation & Advanced Compensation preferred If not already certified, certification in HCM, Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation will be required
Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously a plus
Expert presentation skills
Experience with compensation program Competitive Offers, In-Band Adjustments, Market Data, Overtime (FLSA), Pay Strategy Pay Structure, Role Changes
Ability to thrive in client facing situations with all management levels
Regular travel may be required as requested by client or business needs
Current permanent U.S. work authorization required
