Plant Engineer (4 Day work week)

Location: Indianapolis Indiana

Salary $130K-$150K

Duties:

Consult with the Corporate Director of Facilities to plan maintenance, construction, and new projects.

Interacted with outside subcontractors, managed TPM, plant modifications and new construction, talent development, budget management, and safe working procedures.

Management of a maintenance staff of 50 personnel.

Requirements:

Seeking a Plant Engineer with experience in Plant Production Equipment Maintenance, Facilities Maintenance, and Construction.

This experience has to be in a manufacturing environment.
