Hiring AreaCandidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of I-80/I-90 from Youngstown, OH to Chicago, IL.

Dedicated Routes

• Outbound: Columbiana, OH to West Jordan, UT.
• Return: Reload from West Jordan, UT, heading east.
• Chicago Backhaul: Pick up flat steel plates (tarping required) in Chicago, IL, for delivery to Fremont, OH.
• Additional Options: Potential for local deliveries from Fremont, OH if time allows, or return to Columbiana, OH for dispatch on another 10-day route.

Weekly Mileage & Stops

• Average 2,000–2,500 miles per week.
• Typically, 2.5 stops per week.

Schedule

• Typical Route Duration: 10 to 12 days. Example: Depart Monday, return between the following Wednesday and Friday.
• Reset Options:
  • 34-hour reset on the road.
  • 34-hour reset at home every other week.
  • Option to dispatch back-to-back 10-12 day runs for drivers preferring additional mileage.

Equipment

• Late-model trucks: 2020-2023 Freightliner or Kenworth with automatic transmissions.
• Step deck flatbed trailers.

Freight

• New propane tanks, caps, and steel plates.

Pay & Bonuses

• Mileage Pay: $0.75 per mile.
• Hourly Pay: $18 per hour.
• Average Weekly Pay: $1,825 - $2,015 (based on driver’s preference for additional runs).
• Annual Pay Potential: $95,000 - $105,000.
• Sign-On Bonus: $500 (paid on the second paycheck).
• Referral Bonus: $5,000 (structured payout: $1,000 at the second paycheck, $2,000 at 60 days, $2,000 at 120 days).
• Accessorial Pay:
  • Stop Pay: $50 per stop.
  • Delay Pay: $25 per hour.
  • Tarping Pay: $25.
  • Long-Haul Bonus: $325 per 10-day trip to Utah.

Home Time

• Guaranteed 34-hour reset at home every other week unless the driver opts for continuous runs.

Truck Speed

• Maximum speed: 65 MPH.

Parking

Passenger & Pet Policy

• Passengers and pets allowed per company policy.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Class A CDL driving experience with at least 6 months of verified flatbed experience in the last 3 years.
• Winter driving experience required.
• Personal protective equipment: steel toe boots, hard hat, gloves, safety vest, and earplugs.
• Driver-assist unload with securement verification required.
