Position Summary

In this outpatient orthopedic role, you will work with a broad and diverse population across a variety of specialties. Core Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, one-on-one physical therapy services with an emphasis on high-quality, evidence-based care

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop customized care plans for diverse patient diagnoses

• Document patient progress and outcomes effectively and in accordance with clinical standards

• Participate in mentorship programs and share clinical knowledge with peers and students

• Stay current with best practices through continuing education, residency programs, and certifications

• Maintain a reasonable caseload to ensure focus on individualized patient care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Current or pending licensure in the state of New Jersey
