In this outpatient orthopedic role, you will work with a broad and diverse population across a variety of specialties. Treatment sessions are one-on-one and tailored, giving you the opportunity to create meaningful therapeutic relationships. Provide personalized, one-on-one physical therapy services with an emphasis on high-quality, evidence-based care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
Conduct thorough evaluations and develop customized care plans for diverse patient diagnoses
Document patient progress and outcomes effectively and in accordance with clinical standards
Participate in mentorship programs and share clinical knowledge with peers and students
Stay current with best practices through continuing education, residency programs, and certifications
Maintain a reasonable caseload to ensure focus on individualized patient care
Clinicians are encouraged to develop expertise in areas such as:
Orthopedics
Pelvic Health
Oncology Rehabilitation
Vestibular Therapy
Pediatric Therapy
Neurological Conditions
Performing Arts & Sports Rehabilitation
Concussion Management
Dry Needling (dependent on state regulations)
Parkinson’s Disease
Pulmonary Disease
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current or pending licensure in the state of New Jersey
Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care
Strong interest in continuous learning and development
