This full-time leadership position is ideal for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible psychiatrist with 3–5 years of relevant experience. The role combines direct patient care with clinical and administrative leadership, contributing to a high-performing behavioral health team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead psychiatric medical services and oversee care delivery
• Guide and support clinical and administrative teams in best practices
• Ensure compliance with medical standards and deliver high-quality mental health care
• Collaborate in strategic planning and development of psychiatric services

Schedule and Shift Details

• Standard work schedule, Monday–Friday
• No on-call responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

• Sign-on bonus: $75,000 (paid over 3 years)
• Additional income for call stipend (TBD)
