Qualifications Required

• Doctorate degree (MD or DO)

• 1+ years of experience in any of the following:

  • Hematology

  • Oncology

  • Surgical Oncology

• Valid Medical Doctor (MD) license in the state of Texas (TX)

• Valid Board Certification

Overview

Our Award Winning Client is seeking a full-time Physician specializing in Hematology/Oncology. This opportunity is ideal for a provider looking to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with a consistent weekday schedule. The position offers a generous income model and excellent work-life balance with a shared call rotation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert care in both hematologic and oncologic conditions

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals

• Participate in outpatient care, case conferences, and peer collaboration

• Ensure adherence to best practices and current treatment guidelines

Schedule and Shift Details

• Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• 4.5 day work week option to be discussed

• Call shared among 4 oncologists:

  • 1 weekday per week

  • 1 weekend per month

Compensation & Bonus Opportunity

• 1-year guaranteed base salary

• After year one, transition to an RVU-based compensation model

• Physicians earn bonuses for RVUs exceeding the base salary, creating strong income potential
