Full-Time Onsite Position

Overview: Join the team of Our Award Winning Client, a nationally recognized provider of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and teens with autism. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a crucial role in our mission to enhance the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).

What You’ll Do:

  • Utilize behavioral skills training to educate direct care staff essential for the client’s program success.
  • Develop comprehensive functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries.
  • Supervise and train behavior technicians on ABA procedures and interventions.
  • Regularly analyze data, monitor client progress, and adjust programs as required.
  • Conduct thorough assessments employing tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, among others.
  • Create individualized programming tailored to meet the specific needs of the client and their caregivers.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • A Master’s degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a closely related field.
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), in good standing with the BACB.
  • Proven ability to follow the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and adhere to organizational policies.
  • Physical ability to frequently transition between seated and standing positions and occasionally lift items up to 50 lbs.

Preferred:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in a multidisciplinary team setting, working with children with ASD.
