As a Mental Health Therapist, you will support clients through telehealth therapy sessions, assessments, and interventions. Provide individualized, evidence-based therapy to a diverse client population.
Conduct intakes, therapy sessions (individual, group, and family), and mental health assessments.
Deliver counseling, interventions, and referrals through secure telehealth platforms.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
Fully remote – work from your home office or preferred location.
Flexible hours between 7 AM – 9 PM PST, seven days a week.
Must be available until 8 PM at least two days per week or work four four-hour shifts on weekends.
No on-call requirements.
40-hour workweek:
$58,000/year guaranteed salary for 19 completed visits per week.
Each 53-minute completed visit beyond 19 is paid at $75.
Salary remains the same, and is not negotiable.
Includes 20 PTO days.
32-hour workweek:
$46,400/year guaranteed salary for 16 completed visits per week.
Each 53-minute completed visit beyond 16 is paid at $75.
Salary remains the same, and is not negotiable.
Includes 20 PTO days.
32 hours/week: $58,000/year salary with 8 PTO/sick days.
40 hours/week: $72,500/year salary with 10 PTO/sick days.
Required:
Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
Active LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC license in Washington State.
Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
Opted out of Medicare participation.
No pending actions against licensure.
Preferred:
Experience in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Evidence-Based Practices (EBP), or telehealth therapy.
Additional certifications or bilingual skills (please specify).
