Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Employment Type: Full-time

QualificationsRequired

  • Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline

  • At least 2 years of professional experience implementing ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)

  • Active BCBA credential in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Proficiency with ABA assessments and data systems

  • Ability to transition rapidly between sitting and standing positions, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

Key Responsibilities

  • Select and administer standardized assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Analysis) in accordance with funding requirements

  • Develop and document Functional Behavior Assessments, Behavior Intervention Plans, Individual Treatment Plans, and discharge summaries

  • Employ Behavioral Skills Training to coach and supervise behavior technicians, monitoring progress and adjusting programs via visual data analysis

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and caregivers to individualize programming and support generalization of skills

  • Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation and uphold BACB Ethical Code and HIPAA standards
