QualificationsRequired
Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline
At least 2 years of professional experience implementing ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)
Active BCBA credential in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Proficiency with ABA assessments and data systems
Ability to transition rapidly between sitting and standing positions, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

Key Responsibilities
Select and administer standardized assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Analysis) in accordance with funding requirements
Develop and document Functional Behavior Assessments, Behavior Intervention Plans, Individual Treatment Plans, and discharge summaries
Employ Behavioral Skills Training to coach and supervise behavior technicians, monitoring progress and adjusting programs via visual data analysis
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and caregivers to individualize programming and support generalization of skills
Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation and uphold BACB Ethical Code and HIPAA standards
