QualificationsRequired:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy
Valid Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania (PA)
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, with exposure to:
Electronic Medical Record systems (EMR), including Practice Partner or other platforms
Ability to travel locally and spend ~20% of the workday driving
Preferred:
Please provide your PT license number if available
Home Health, Hospital, SNF, or LTC experience strongly preferred
Experience with mobile EMR and digital documentation tools
Not Considered:
Backgrounds in pediatrics

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the care team to develop and execute individualized care plans
Provide skilled physical therapy in residential settings across Upper Franklin County and parts of Cumberland County
Perform thorough evaluations and provide education to patients and their families
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation using mobile EMR
Participate in a supportive care environment with clinical mentors, preceptors, and schedulers
Manage a self-directed schedule and ensure all visits are completed as planned
Schedule and Shift Details
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
One weekend per month required
Two holidays per year
No on-call responsibilities
Territory and Travel Expectations
Local travel within Shippensburg and surrounding areas (Upper Franklin & some Cumberland Counties)
Mileage reimbursement typically offered
