Physical Therapist – Home HealthEmployment Type: Full-time (PPV Position)Location: Shippensburg, PA & Surrounding Areas

QualificationsRequired:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy

  • Valid Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania (PA)

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation

  • At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, with exposure to:

    • Electronic Medical Record systems (EMR), including Practice Partner or other platforms

  • Ability to travel locally and spend ~20% of the workday driving

Preferred:

  • Please provide your PT license number if available

  • Home Health, Hospital, SNF, or LTC experience strongly preferred

  • Experience with mobile EMR and digital documentation tools

Not Considered:

  • Backgrounds in pediatrics

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and execute individualized care plans

  • Provide skilled physical therapy in residential settings across Upper Franklin County and parts of Cumberland County

  • Perform thorough evaluations and provide education to patients and their families

  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation using mobile EMR

  • Participate in a supportive care environment with clinical mentors, preceptors, and schedulers

  • Manage a self-directed schedule and ensure all visits are completed as planned

Schedule and Shift Details

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • One weekend per month required

  • Two holidays per year

  • No on-call responsibilities

Territory and Travel Expectations

  • Local travel within Shippensburg and surrounding areas (Upper Franklin & some Cumberland Counties)

  • Mileage reimbursement typically offered

Compensation & Bonus Opportunities

  • $10,000 First-Year Success Bonus

  • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus, paid out after 30 days of full-time employment
