She Recruits is working with a high-growth professional services firm to identify a sharp, driven Recruiting Coordinator to support regional hiring operations across multiple metro areas. Reporting to a Recruiting Director, this role will play a key part in identifying, engaging, and shepherding top-tier talent through the recruiting process. The ideal candidate brings energy, organization, curiosity, and a true passion for people.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Recruiting Director in executing the firm’s recruiting strategy, hiring goals, and regional initiativesCoordinate scheduling for interviews, screenings, and candidate touchpoints, ensuring a seamless experienceConduct initial Zoom screenings and help determine next steps in the interview processCollaborate with internal business teams to align recruiting efforts with hiring needsReview resumes and applications for alignment with hiring standards and internal role profilesTrack candidate progress through the pipeline using Workday Recruiting and related toolsEnsure consistent communication with candidates, internal stakeholders, and referral sourcesCreate and manage documentation, meeting notes, and activity logsPrepare reports, track recruiting metrics, and contribute insights to support hiring forecastsBuild and maintain relationships with prospective candidates, business contacts, and referral partnersCollaborate with leadership to improve processes and strengthen candidate engagementParticipate in training and development activities to elevate interview quality and consistencySupport reporting and analysis of hiring effectiveness, pipeline quality, and key performance indicatorsHelp ensure 70% of hires fall within ideal experience profile and are driven by internal referralsMaintain consistent documentation and data accuracy in recruiting systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited universityStrong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExceptional written and verbal communicationDemonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with a proactive approach to process improvementHigh level of professionalism, integrity, and accountabilityStrong alignment with values such as fairness, respect, and work ethicAbility to work 45–50 hours per week and commute onsite four days weeklyWillingness to travel up to 10% for firm and market events
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisitionFamiliarity with finance, accounting, or professional services industriesProficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)Experience using Workday Recruiting, CRM platforms, or Power BI
