Senior Solutions Consultant – CX / CCaaS

Location: Pacific Northwest (WA, OR, ID) — Must live near a major airportSalary: $160K–$170K base + variable comp (67/33 split)Travel: Regional with occasional national travelStatus: Full-time, urgent hire

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Solutions Consultant who knows the CX/CCaaS space inside and out—and thrives in high-stakes enterprise environments. This is a mission-critical role supporting strategic sales across some of the largest accounts in the country (think Fortune 100 level). If you know how to translate complex tech into business value and love being the linchpin between product, sales, and client success—you’re our person.

What You’ll Own:

  • Act as the go-to technical advisor for enterprise clients evaluating CX, CCaaS, or UCaaS solutions

  • Lead engaging product demos, value-based discovery calls, and solution workshops

  • Support RFPs, RFIs, and strategic deals from start to finish

  • Partner closely with sales leadership to influence pipeline velocity and win rates

  • Build and present tailored architectures that align platform capabilities with business needs

  • Work cross-functionally with product and delivery teams for seamless post-sale execution

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, or solution architecture

  • Strong background in CCaaS/UCaaS platforms (e.g., NICE, Genesys, Five9, Talkdesk)

  • Familiarity with leading CX platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, Pega, Medallia, etc.)

  • Prior experience engaging Fortune 100 clients—Amazon, Nike, Google, etc.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident in front of C-suite stakeholders

  • Based in WA, OR, or ID, with the ability to travel regionally and nationally as needed
