  • Strong analytical skills and fluency in Excel and compensation tools

  • Experience working in or alongside high-performance, professional services environments

  • Clear, concise communicator with strong attention to detail

  • Knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday strongly preferred)

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities independently

  • Familiarity with compensation compliance requirements

  • Must reside within commuting distance of Wilmington, Philadelphia, or Boston

  • Willingness to work in the office an average of four days per week

  • Ability to consistently work 45–50 hours per week with occasional evenings/weekends

This is a high-visibility opportunity within a well-respected organization that values its people and invests heavily in their development. Alongside a competitive salary and performance-based bonus, the company offers a robust benefits package including 401(k) with match, generous PTO, wellness stipends, and a leadership team that prioritizes culture, performance, and growth.
