Pediatric Primary Care Physician

Location: Boca Raton, FLCompensation: $240,000+ (Base + Bonus) with Full Benefits

Join a thriving pediatric practice in one of Florida’s most desirable communities.We are seeking a Board-Certified Pediatrician to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in an established, high-volume outpatient practice located in beautiful Boca Raton. Our practice emphasizes personal, attentive care—from routine checkups and immunizations to sports physicals and developmental guidance—within a warm, family-focused setting.

Position Highlights

• Base Salary: $215,000–$230,000 (based on experience and board status)

• Annual Bonus: Up to $10,000

• Total Compensation: $240,000+

• Schedule: Full-time, outpatient only

• Daily Volume: 25–30 patients

• Support Team: Dedicated front desk, scheduler, CMA, and a full-time ARNP (4 days/week)

What We’re Looking For

• Board Certified in Pediatrics

• Active and unrestricted Florida medical license

• At least 1 year of pediatric outpatient experience (2+ preferred)

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Committed to delivering high-quality, family-oriented care

• Portuguese fluency is required
