About the Role:

Join our client as a 1st Shift Fabricator in their climate-controlled facility and become a key part of a growing manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform MIG welding on mild steel to produce both standard and custom parts, using fixtures or freehand as needed

  • Read and interpret blueprints and perform part layouts accurately

  • Utilize measuring tools to inspect and ensure fabrication meets specification standards

  • Complete drilling, sawing, and tapping tasks as needed for part fabrication

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment, following PPE and safety protocols

  • Maneuver parts and equipment and lift materials up to 50 lbs as needed

  • Contribute to a team-oriented production environment while meeting scheduling deadlines

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of MIG welding experience required

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints

  • Comfortable standing for 9–10 hours per shift

  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and passing a physical demand screen

  • Willing and able to work overtime as required

  • Must pass a pre-employment physical exam, drug screen, and background check

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (vocational/trade school training is a plus)
