Position Summary

Shipping and Receiving Clerk

The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for assisting with inventory management, including pulling and packing parts, inputting data into the inventory system, and delivering parts between buildings using a company vehicle. This role also supports light facility maintenance tasks as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The following duties are intended as a general guideline and are not meant to be all-inclusive. Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary.

  • Receive incoming parts and accurately record them in the inventory system

  • Pick and pull parts from storage racks using a forklift

  • Package and prepare parts for delivery

  • Transport parts between warehouse and testing facilities using a company truck

  • Perform light facilities maintenance, including:

    • Replacing light bulbs

    • Changing batteries

    • Replacing air filters

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college-level coursework preferred

  • Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management

  • Forklift experience preferred

  • Valid driver’s license required
