Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain budgets and forecasts for a portfolio of management and GP entities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop forecasts for various entities within the portfolio, including analysis of performance-related earnings and distributable earnings.
  • Create key performance indicators (KPIs) and other management reports to facilitate decision-making and performance evaluation.
  • Manage cash forecasts, assist with liquidity management, and prepare distribution proposals to optimize cash utilization.
  • Streamline finance processes and reporting mechanisms for internal management and external investor reporting.
  • Review earnings releases and regulatory filings of industry peers to provide benchmarking insights and recommendations.
  • Review debt agreements and prepare necessary certifications to ensure compliance.
  • Support ad-hoc finance and accounting requests, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to evolving needs.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to a dedicated team of finance and accounting professionals.
  • Assist with the quarterly close process and contribute to system implementations as required.

Qualifications:

  • CPA or CFA license required.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in fund or asset management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an unwavering commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
