Position Overview: As the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will be integral to overseeing the financial operations of the Company, focusing on strategic planning and analysis within the real estate sector. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Finance, you will lead a team responsible for financial forecasting, budgeting, and providing insights to support decision-making processes across our diverse portfolio of properties, as well as the corporate model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of annual budgets and long-range financial plans.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to senior management on financial performance.
• Forecast cash flows and investment returns to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the corporate model, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.

·         Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the real estate industry.

·         Strong understanding of financial principles and practices, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis.

·         Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
