Our client is hiring a Business Transformation Senior Manager for the Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) Business Transformation Team who will lead program management, change management and adoption of Generative AI initiatives. This person will work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders and functional areas to achieve results. There are no direct reports associated with this role.

 

They are looking for an experienced management, technology, or strategy consultative professional with the ability to define how best to leverage people, process, technology, and data to achieve desired business results. As well as passionate about artificial intelligence and technology and a highly driven initiative-taker inspired by working with cross-functional teams.

 

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Lead and execute the end-to-end program management for Generative AI initiatives, with a focus on change & adoption, data & value analysis and tech adoption
  • Help coach, upskill and guide Senior Consultants and Business Analysts through the Business Transformation project lifecycle
  • Identify opportunities for Generative AI and support prioritization and adoption
  • Drive organizational readiness efforts, including creating communications and trainings to prepare teams, as well as identifying and tracking key success metrics
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and the business on Generative AI projects to streamline ways of working, create clear communications and drive successful deployments
  • Develop and manage a strategy independently and see it through design, build and execution (end-to-end)
  • Apply change management, org design and business process methodology and approaches to design and roll out programs for the organization's most strategic projects, mostly as part of large teams
  • Establish frameworks, define opportunities, drive awareness and guide team members to realize these opportunities
  • Create roadmaps and plan for pilots and releases
  • Be a change catalyst capable of aligning strategy, people, process, and technology
  • Perform assessments to develop insights and action plans to achieve best-in-class performance
  • Understand the big picture and be able to connect all the dots with little guidance
  • Be a servant leader and have a team mindset

 

 

What you’ll need:

 

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a quantitative business-related capacity such as management consulting, product management, or strategy
  • Deep experience in strategic change management methodologies (leader alignment, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment (tech and business process), communications creation, training, change measurement and adoption tracking, survey development and data story telling
  • Deep experience in business case development, prioritization, and strategic technology adoption/implementation
  • Technical training strategy development and execution

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • Big-4 management consulting experience with Fortune 500 clients
  • Experience with Salesforce, including AI features
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Industry knowledge of pertinent HR, Payroll and Benefits policies and procedures

 

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills – putting together executive friendly presentations cohesively, depending on the project or audience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills such as creating pivot tables, v-lookups when analyzing data and being able to tie that analysis back to a business case or results
  • Advanced skills working with data and using data to create meaningful insights
  • Understanding of Generative AI technology and best practices with driving adoption
