We’re seeking a contract Web Developer to build secure, scalable web applications and integrate them with enterprise systems across the organization. You’ll use Angular for the front-end and ASP.NET Core Web API (with Dependency Injection and Entity Framework Core) for services and data access. You will integrate with message queues, Oracle RPC endpoints, SOAP services, and RESTful APIs to enable reliable, end-to-end workflows.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nDevelop modular, responsive Angular applications (routing, forms, state management) aligned to UX guidelines and accessibility best practices.
\nDesign and implement ASP.NET Core Web APIs using DI and Entity Framework Core
\nPerform enterprise-wide system integrations, including:
\nMessage queuing (e.g., IBM MQ) for asynchronous workflows and reliability.
\nOracle RPC integrations and data access patterns.
\nSOAP (WSDL/XSD) and RESTful (JSON/HTTP) services with robust error handling, retries, and idempotency.
\nImplement authentication/authorization, input validation, and secure configuration consistent with Security+ principles and agency policy.
\nOptimize performance and database access; design EF Core models, migrations, and transactions; profile and tune queries.
\nAdd observability (structured logging, metrics, tracing) and support incident response with clear runbooks.
\nCollaborate in Agile ceremonies; participate in code reviews and release planning; produce clear technical documentation.
\nMust-Have Qualifications
\nAngular (TypeScript) for front-end development.
\n.NET (ASP.NET Core Web API) with Dependency Injection and Entity Framework Core.

\nProficiency with Git workflows, code reviews, unit/integration testing, and CI/CD.
\nStrong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
\nNice-to-Have (Preferred)
\nMicrosoft SQL Server experience and proficiency with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) for administration and query tuning.
