We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Design Specialist with deep expertise in Klaviyo email automation, SEO strategy, Google Ads campaign management, and graphic design. 

This role combines technical marketing execution with creative brand presentation ideal for someone who can drive measurable results through digital performance and compelling visuals.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Email Marketing (Klaviyo)

• Build, segment, and optimize automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, reactivation, etc.).

• Create high-converting email and SMS campaigns aligned with brand voice and seasonal promotions.

• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, and design elements to improve open and conversion rates.

• Manage deliverability, audience segmentation, and integration with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.

• SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

• Perform technical and on-page SEO audits; implement keyword strategies for sustained organic growth.

• Optimize product pages, blogs, and metadata for search visibility.

• Monitor analytics, backlinks, and site health via tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.

• Google Ads (PPC)

• Create, manage, and scale Google Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns.

• Track ROI and optimize bids, keywords, and ad creatives based on performance data.

• Prepare monthly reports highlighting CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion insights.

• Graphic Design

• Design high-quality digital assets for ads, emails, and landing pages.

• Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials.

• Produce promotional graphics, banners, and social content optimized for web and mobile.

 

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven results in Klaviyo, SEO, and Google Ads.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva Pro.

• Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is preferred.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategy accordingly.

• Strong design sense and attention to detail.

 

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) a plus.

• Familiarity with A/B testing tools, conversion tracking, and GA4 analytics.

• Basic HTML/CSS for email and website edits.
