We are hiring for a Senior Web Engineer to lead the development of secure, scalable web applications and enterprise integrations. This role is focused on delivering high-impact solutions using modern web frameworks and cloud technologies.

Core Technologies

• Frontend: React and VueJS

• Backend: ASP.NET Core Web API, Java (Spring Framework)

• Database: Microsoft SQL Server

• Cloud: Azure Cloud Services (App Services, Functions, Key Vault, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

• Build modular, responsive web applications using React and/or VueJS, aligned
  with accessibility and UX best practices

• Design and implement secure, scalable APIs using ASP.NET Core and Java with Spring Framework, leveraging Dependency Injection and Entity Framework Core

• Integrate with enterprise systems via:

• Message queues (e.g., IBM MQ)

• Oracle RPC

• SOAP and RESTful APIs with robust error handling and idempotency

• Implement authentication, authorization, and secure configuration aligned
  with Security+ principles and agency policy

• Optimize database access and performance using SQL Server and EF Core

• Add observability (structured logging, metrics, tracing) and support incident response with clear runbooks

• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, conduct code reviews, and contribute to release planning and documentation

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proficiency in React, VueJS, ASP.NET Core, Java with Spring Framework,
  and SQL Server

• Experience with enterprise integrations (message queues, Oracle RPC, SOAP, REST)

• CompTIA Security+ (CE) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire

• Eligibility for Secret clearance (typically requires U.S. citizenship)

• Strong Git workflows, CI/CD, testing practices, and cross-functional collaboration

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Azure Cloud Services (App Services, Functions, Key Vault, etc.)

• Familiarity with z/OS Connect

• Experience with telemetry, performance tuning, and incident response
