The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for all aspects of sales management including hiring, forecasting, budgeting, and coaching direct sales team to meet and exceed company objectives including sales goals.  The manager will have responsiblity of approx.6-7 direct reps located throughout the Southeast with additional expansion territories forecasted during the remainder of 2025.

Company is a market leader in the detection of breast cancer and has a novel device used in surgery to control bleeding.  Primary call points are Breast Surgeons, General, Vascular, Cardiac, and Thoracic surgeons.

Primary Call Points: Breast Surgeons, General Surgeons, Vascular, Cardiac, and Thoracic Surgeons.

Must be based in Atlanta, GA preferred; would consider Tampa, FL or Orlando, FL

Geography covers the Southeast:  GA, FL, AL, LA

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 Years of Sales Management Experience, leading direct reps selling surgical medical devices
• Experience selling into the Operating Room with Breast, General, Vascular, Cardiac, and Thoracic Surgeons preferred
• Ability to travel 2-3 nights per week covering the Southeast
