Regional Director of Enterprise Sales - Hospital Capital Equipment - South East - Remote, Preferably based in Atlanta, GA
 
An exciting opportunity to join an industry leader in advanced robotic and infection control technology.
 

The Regional Enterprise Sales Director will play a crucial role in driving our Enterprise Sales strategy by developing and implementing sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the execution of sales initiatives within the assigned region.  This is a direct contributor sales role with potential opportunity for leadership responsibilities in the future.  Most of the time in the field is prospecting (“hunting”) new business opportunities. 

 

Must Have Capital Equipment Sales Experience!

 

LocationPeferably Based in Atlanta, GA.  May consider Tampa or Orlando, FL.

Territory:   GA, FL, NC, SC, AL, TN.  Approximately 2-3 nights a week travel.

Products:  Hospital Capital Equipment, Infection Control, Robotics, $25K to $1M Deals

Call PointsMultiple Departments in the Hospital, including the C-Suite.

 

Candidate Qualifications:

  •       Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  •       Proven track record of success selling Capital Equipment and technology deals ranging from $25k to $1M+.
  •       An understanding of the healthcare environment, specifically hospital operations, infection control, and regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry is desired.
  •       Experience in Infection Prevention environment and applicable technology is desired.
  •       Knowledge of cleaning and disinfection processes within hospitals is a plus.
  •       Aptitude for learning AI, Robotics, and UV Light technology applications.
  •       Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  •       Ability to travel within the assigned region as necessary (an average of 2-3 nights a week travel) and occasionally travel to the Los Angeles office for sales meetings and training.
  •       Proficient in CRM software (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  •       Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and passion (“hunter” mentality).
  •       Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  •       Willingness to undergo continuous training and development.
  •       Be a prolific closer with a mindset for exceeding large ticket sales objectives.
 
Compensation:
Base Salary: $100,000 + Uncapped Commission
Total Compensation at Plan: $160,000 to $180,000, 1st year; $200,000+ thereafter
Initial 6 month commission guarantee, mileage, expenses, and benefits including 401k
