About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Maintenance Branch Manager to lead a growing operation in Charlotte, NC. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of branch operations, including staffing, scheduling, flinacials, and client relations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of landscape professionals to ensure top-quality service delivery.
• Oversee the execution of maintenance contracts, enhancements, and seasonal services.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
• Drive branch performance by identifying growth opportunities and improving operational efficiencies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance management, with a strong background in leading teams.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to foster long-term relationships.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including plant health care, turf management, and seasonal services.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing branch profitability.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• The ideal candidate is managing $10MM+ in annual revenue and is capable of running a $20MM branch.
