Maintenance Manager Position - Erie County, NY 

A highly regarded regional player in Buffalo, NY is currently seeking to appoint a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join their high-powered team. This position plays a crucial role in overseeing 3-4 crews for commercial landscape maintenance, enhancements, and snow services during Winter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of commercial landscapes and infrastructures
• Coordinate and manage 3-4 crews of maintenance staff
• Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of landscape maintenance and enhancements
• Manage and coordinate snow services during Winter season
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods
• Monitor equipment inventory, place orders for new equipment as needed, and manage repairs for existing equipment

Minimum Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance managerial role
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple teams
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment
• Experience in commercial landscape maintenance and snow services is required
