Job Title: Commercial Landscape Project ManagerLocation: Kent, OHJob Type: Full-time

Overview:Avid Associates is seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Landscape Project Manager to oversee landscape installation projects for commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape construction, project management, and leadership to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of commercial landscape projects from start to finish.
  • Work closely with clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules to ensure profitability and on-time delivery.
  • Supervise and direct field teams, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are maintained.
  • Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, address any issues, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Procure materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental and safety requirements.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Horticulture, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management within the commercial landscape industry.
  • Strong knowledge of landscape construction practices, plant materials, and irrigation systems.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites.
