THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

Supervise total on-site effort to ensure projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget, schedule, safety, and quality.

· Interface with client representatives and other contractors.

· Plan and supervise craft foreman and subcontractors.

· Lead project meetings, provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions – mentor and develop field engineers.

· Streamline project timelines through planning and supervision of craft and subcontracting activities, covering construction methods, manpower, materials, equipment etc.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

5 or more years’ experience as a project superintendent with experience specific to Healthcare, Medical, Higher Education, Corporate/Commercial, Technology, or Life Science
Experience in new construction, renovation and upfit projects as a lead superintendent with a per project value between $5M - $50M
Experience with self-perform work which includes demolition, structural concrete, rough carpentry, doors/frames/hardware, drywall, ceilings, etc.
History of bringing in projects on time and within budget
