Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Residential Loan Processor to join our team in Miami. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in residential loan processing and will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of mortgage loan applications. This is an on-site position with no remote work option available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify loan documents for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and other team members to facilitate the timely processing of loan applications.
• Gather necessary documentation from applicants and third-party sources to complete the loan file.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of loan status throughout the processing cycle.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from clients and other stakeholders regarding loan status and requirements.
• Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during the loan processing phase.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in residential loan processing or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage loan products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Calyx software experience is a plus.
