Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Miami. This role is pivotal in streamlining our financial operations and ensuring robust financial management across our business units. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or CPA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance operations or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within the finance sector.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting practices.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
