Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our dynamic team in Coral Gables. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. This full-time, on-site position does not offer remote work options, enabling the Controller to engage directly with our team to drive financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and financial performance.
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Manage and mentor the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial processing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in hourly billing, with proven leadership capabilities.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
