Our client, a unicorn cybersecurity startup revolutionizing data security, is seeking an energetic Customer Marketing Manager to collaborate with the sales team.

About You:

You are an experienced Customer Marketing Manager who will be responsible for driving customer-focused marketing initiatives to help engage, retain and grow our customer base. As a member of the marketing team, you will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Channel Alliances teams to develop and implement strategies that drive expansion growth, retention, and customer advocacy.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and Execute Customer Campaigns: Lead the strategy, creation, and execution of comprehensive integrated marketing campaigns aimed at increasing awareness, adoption, engagement, conversion and retention for new solutions among our customer base. Campaigns stretch across many marketing channels - social media, webinars, website, email, events, etc.
  • Plan and Host Webinars: Organize webinars to educate and engage our customer base, showcasing product updates, customer success stories, and industry trends.
  • Organize Customer Events: Plan, promote, and support both in-person and virtual events to strengthen relationships with key customers. Customer event types include: user groups, workshops, advisory boards, and roundtables. For in-person events, this role will work closely with Field Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure a successful event.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Channel Alliances teams to ensure alignment on customer-focused strategies and goals. Collaborate to create programs that support account expansion and retention.
  • Customer Advocacy and Success Stories: Identify and engage customer advocates, working with them and our Product Marketing team to create testimonials, case studies, and references that showcase successful engagements.
  • Analyze and Report on Campaign Effectiveness: Track and measure the success of customer marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and report on key performance metrics.
  • Customer Feedback and Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform future marketing and product strategies, and advocate for customer needs within the organization.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, demand generation, campaign management or a related marketing role.
  • Skills: Proven track record in developing and executing successful customer-focused marketing campaigns.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling content tailored to various customer segments.
  • Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Channel teams.
  • Project Management: Highly organized, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and translate insights into actionable strategies.

 

COMPENSATION INFORMATION: 

In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, our client offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.​
