Role Overview

As an Independent Healthcare Recruiter, you’ll play a vital role in helping our clients build world-class organizations by sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier healthcare talent. This is a high-opportunity role with an unlimited earnings potential — you’ll operate independently and manage your own success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing
    Use diverse channels — job boards, social media, referrals, networks — to identify qualified healthcare professionals (sales, operations, lab staff, revenue cycle, etc.).

  • Screening & Interviewing
    Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, availability, and cultural fit.

  • Database & Applicant Tracking
    Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our candidate management system; monitor and report on the progress of each search.

  • Client & Candidate Relationship Building
    Develop strong, trust-based relationships with both hiring clients and candidates. Act as a point of value and insight for both.

  • Compliance & Credentialing Oversight
    Ensure all candidates satisfy licensing, certification, and other credentialing requirements as dictated by the client or regulatory bodies.

  • Reporting & Feedback
    Provide regular updates to leadership on activity metrics, successes, challenges, and market insights.

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in recruiting — ideally in healthcare, laboratory diagnostics, or related life sciences fields.

  • Alternatively, solid performance in a healthcare sales role and readiness for a new challenge in recruiting.

  • Deep understanding of the various roles, certifications, and licensing in healthcare staffing.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong negotiator and facilitator.

  • Self-starter mindset: ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Stellar organization and time management; able to juggle multiple searches simultaneously.
