About the position:
The People Success Manager supports the Distribution Center by implementing integrated HR solutions across key areas such as talent acquisition, development, performance management, engagement, and training. This role drives business objectives through expertise in employment law, organizational behavior, and data analytics. 
 
People Success Manager duties include:
  • Partners with Sr. Operations Managers to drive staffing, talent development, engagement, and HR initiatives.
    • Oversees full-cycle recruiting for non-exempt roles and partners with corporate TA for exempt hiring.
    • Leads onboarding, training, and leadership development programs.
    • Collaborates with DC leadership on staffing plans, succession planning, and talent reviews.
    • Manages temporary workforce partnerships and ensures staffing efficiency.
    • Analyzes HR data to identify trends, mitigate risk, and support business goals.
    • Advises leaders on associate relations, policy compliance, and conflict resolution.
    • Conducts exit interviews and recommends strategies to reduce turnover.
    • Promotes company's culture, mission, and people strategies across all levels.
    • Supports special projects and other business-related initiatives.
 
People Success Manager candidates must possess:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (HR, or equivalent related work experience)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, possessing the ability to directly and clearly communicate complex ideas to a team
  • Technically proficient in Microsoft Suite – with ability to learn additional programs and systems as needed.
  • Proven experience in a role requiring a high degree of organizational skill and a strong sense of urgency; able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to effectively function in a team environment.
  • Ability to adjust work schedule according to the business needs.
  • Ability to attend off-site job fairs.
  • Normal office demands.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred.
