We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Professional to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. This opportunity focuses on expanding our client base in the Northeastern United States, primarily within New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Wisconsin. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for driving sales growth in the construction and funeral services sector.

Your Role

As a Sales Professional, you will be tasked with identifying and cultivating new business opportunities while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients. You will spend approximately 40-50% of your time traveling to meet with potential clients, understanding their project needs, and showcasing our diverse product offerings.

Main Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and build a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and research.
  • Conduct meetings with prospective clients to assess their needs and effectively present our product range.
  • Demonstrate our product line using visuals and samples to potential clients.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets by closing deals and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and post-sale support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to management.
  • Utilize CRM tools to record and manage customer information efficiently.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand your professional network and promote our offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and events.
  • Familiarity with the funeral and construction industries is an advantage.
