Up to $60k annually

About the opportunity:
Trendy QSR restaurant, which has eight units in the Kansas City area, including Saint Joseph, MO, is looking for a general manager. The company is slated to open 3-4 units over the next two years, so advancement opportunities are strongly encouraged and supported.

General Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for a single QSR restaurant
Manage staff (schedule, assist in training, handle issues, etc.)
Ensure policies & procedures are upheld
Ensure store cleanliness and general upkeep, etc.
Participate in sales programs
Other tasks as needed to run a successful unit
Strong understanding of local store marketing and community involvement

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must have high volume experience of at least $1.0 million or above
You must have worked as a salaried Manager for at least 2 years
You must be at least 21 years old.
You must have full flexibility with your schedule.
Good longevity in current and past positions.
No more than 3-4 jobs in the last 10 years
