Our client in Eagleville, Pa. is looking for a PT (5-6 hours/day) administrator to cover a maternity leave.  This position will begin mid December and go through the beginning of April (approximately).  Hourly rate up to $24/hour.
 
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIRED:
 
•    High School Diploma or the equivalent.
•    3-5 years of administrative support experience within an office environment.
•    Able to successfully prioritize and balance demands especially during high activity.
•    Experience with computer and software applications including but not limited to Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite- Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
•    Pleasant personality and ability to communicate effectively with the public and with coworkers.
•    Strong communication skills both verbal and written including but not limited to proper grammar, spelling, proofreading, punctuation, etc.
•    Strong customer service skills and ability to work well with the public
•    Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
