SMALL COMMUNITY BANK
Originate, underwrite and close a variety of loans - commercial, ag and mortgage.
Meet with loan customers, initiate loan applications and review credit data along with all documentation to analyze credit worthiness.
Obtain information as needed from customers and other sources and evaluate by calculating loan ratios, maintaining compliance with in house and external regs.
Advise customers throughout loan processing timeframe.
Orchestrate the loan process from application to closing, managing details in order to keep the loan approval timeframe on track.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for loan review committee.
Provide ongoing communication to customers in order to maintain relationship and potentially cross sell other bank services.
Use in house banking software system as well as MS Office, credit report system and likely some internet sites as needed to gather documentation for the loan file.
Participate in community events and be a marketing agent on behalf of the bank.
