Are you passionate about delivering exceptional patient care? We are seeking dedicated individuals for the roles of RN, LPN, Paramedic, EMT, and Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team across multiple locations in Northern Florida. You will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive patient care both in office settings and, when necessary, in patient homes.

Position Overview

Under the guidance of the Supervising Clinical Provider, you will be responsible for delivering direct care to patients, adhering to the relevant scope and standards of practice, and following established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient interviews and effectively triage with confidence and timeliness.
• Accurately record vital signs including pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, height, and weight.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and that they are well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Sterilize instruments thoroughly after each use and manage medical supply inventory.
• Perform diagnostic tests such as EKGs, Glucose tests, INR, Urinalysis, and Rapid Strep tests.
• Administer injections, IV treatments, and draw blood for diagnostic purposes.
• Coordinate with pharmacies for prescription refills once approved by the Clinical Provider.
• Provide assistance to patients over the phone while maintaining confidentiality.
• Support front office operations by answering phones, filing charts, and scheduling appointments as needed.
• Execute other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the practice.

Qualifications

• Active RN, LPN, Paramedic, EMT, or RMA license is required.
• BLS certification is mandatory; BMO certification is preferred.
• At least one year of back-office experience is preferred.
• Demonstrate a friendly and compassionate demeanor.
• Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Possess strong interpersonal communication abilities.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of all patient records.
