Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review both corporate and individual tax returns with precision and adherence to current regulations.
• Conduct thorough audits ensuring compliance with US GAAS or ISA standards.
• Oversee payroll tax filings and address any financial discrepancies efficiently.
• Generate, analyze, and interpret monthly financial statements to aid in decision-making processes.
• Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and international regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license in good standing is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Extensive knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, with CaseWare experience being advantageous.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in corporate and individual taxation.
