SunState Health Staffing is recruiting a Primary Care Physician (MD / DO) for a well-established outpatient healthcare network serving Palatka, Florida.

Role Overview
This outpatient primary care position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care with a focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness. Physicians practice in a collaborative environment with strong clinical and administrative support.

What You’ll Do

• Provide full-scope primary care services

• Emphasize preventive care and patient education

• Manage chronic conditions and ongoing treatment plans

• Collaborate with clinical and care coordination teams

• Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation

Qualifications
