We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Bilingual Personal Assistant fluent in both French and English. This exciting role involves working closely with distinguished clients involved in luxury events across France, the United States, and other international destinations. The position is instrumental in enhancing and establishing a strong presence in the U.S. market.

Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid - primarily remote with occasional in-office work in Brickell, Miami)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and local transportation.
  • Manage administrative functions, including invoicing, supplier contracts, bank reconciliations, and preparation of monthly activity reports.
  • Support the management of U.S.-based properties by liaising with property managers, overseeing rental payments, and verifying documentation.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of luxury events targeting high-net-worth individuals and corporations.
  • Assist in financial oversight by tracking investments and compiling monthly financial reports.
  • Engage confidently with bankers, high-net-worth clients, and international vendors.
  • Efficiently schedule and arrange meetings and appointments.
  • Participate in weekly in-person meetings at a coworking space in Brickell, Miami, with a transition to a dedicated office space in the future.
  • Opportunity for growth into an Office Manager role as operations expand in the U.S.

Candidate Profile:

  • Full fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding of European culture with the ability to engage in a global network.
  • Highly autonomous, organized, and proactive with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience in managing complex schedules, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks; financial management experience is a plus.
  • Exemplifies discretion and professionalism in interactions with high-profile clients.
  • Educational background in management, economics, or accounting is beneficial.
  • Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
  • Ready to establish as the first U.S.-based employee in a dynamic, growing organization.
