The firm specializes in a wide range of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, removal defense, and asylum cases. We are currently looking for an experienced Immigration Attorney—licensed in any U.S. state—who is comfortable with regular court appearances and able to travel nationwide when required.

Key Responsibilities:

·               Represent clients in immigration court and attend hearings regularly

·               Manage and prepare immigration cases with a focus on removal defense

·               Collaborate with an experienced legal team and take over a portion of an existing caseload

·               Communicate effectively with Russian-speaking clients and staff

·               Stay current on immigration law updates and procedures

·               Able to travel to nationwide

Qualifications:

·               Licensed attorney in good standing in any U.S. state

·               2+ years of immigration law experience preferred

·               Strong courtroom experience required

·               Fluent in Russian (required)

·               Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage a dynamic caseload

·               Willingness to be trained on internal tools and workflow
