IL/ELLE SERA EGALEMENT RESPONSABLE D'OUVRIR DE NOUVEAUX COMPTES DANS LES REGIONS SELECTIONNEES AINSI QUE DE DETERMINER LE POTENTIEL DE NOUVEAUX MARCHES DANS LES ZONES GEOGRAPHIQUES PREDETERMINEES. IL/ELLE RELEVERA DU MARKET MANAGER. *IL S'AGIT D'UN POSTE BILINGUE -- FRANCAIS ET ANGLAIS.*

RESPONSABILITES CLEES -

  • Seeks out new opportunities & develops new markets to generate substainable & profitable growth
  • Evaluates & focuses on activities that contribute to the Branch's short & long term financial results
  • Work with CRM's & ERP's to prepare for customer visits
  • Achieves sales targets in line with financial & customer targets in the distribution center
  • Ensures company enters territory where they can profitably gain dominant market share by investing in their customer relationships
  • Effectively represent company's interests in dealing with customers, employees & suppliers
  • Delivers quarterly & annual sales results that meet & exceed their annual sales targets
  • Identifies 'A'-list customers & assesses their wants & needs
  • Add value to their customersWork closely with internal team to deliver the right product at the right time and at the right price​​​​​​​Assist team in developing medium & long-term strategies, develop business systems plans that are aligned with medium & long term business strategies​​​​​​​
  • Always seeks to identify opportunities to improve the company's competitive advantage in the market​​​​​​​

COMPETANCES RECHERCHEES -

  • Baccalaureat ou experience professionnelle equivalente liee au developpement des affaires
  • Experience prealable en matiere de vente B2B
  • Maitrise des outils de la suite office
  • Capacite a monter et faire des presentations
  • Maitrise d'outils de gestion de relation clients (CRM), Hubspot

Experience dans les relations avec les responsables aux achats, les acheteurs principaux et les proprietaires de petites et moyennes entreprises​​​​​​​

*Salary is $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 with full comprehensive Benefits Package, 100% paid by employer. Benefits include 3 weeks vacation, pension plan, profit sharing, company car and on-site parking.
