OUR CLIENT, A MULTI-NATIONAL LEADER IN THE MILLWORK INDUSTRY WITH OVER 30 LOCATIONS THAT PRODUCE & SELL INTERIOR FINISHINGS ACROSS NORTH AMERICA, FEATURED ON HGTV, STYLE AT HOME AND HOUSE & HOME, ARE LOOKING FOR A BILINGUAL--ENGLISH & FRENCH-- INSIDE ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE, WHOSE AMBITION IS TO GROW INTO AN OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE. Responsible for providing Inside Sales support, the successful candidate will also be responsible for developing & maintaining customer relationships, keep current on company products, sales procedures & market conditions. Reporting into the Sales Operations Manager, this individual is a key contributor to the Sales team, focused on achieving sales targets in line with the values of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & maintain positive customer relationships through timely & accurate customer service.
  • Work closely with the Sales team as well as liaison with the Operations team to satisfy customer inquiries & provide a top tier customer experience.

Major Responsibilities: #1). CUSTOMER FOCUS -

  • Timely & accurate execution of sales orders & customer inquiries (ETA/Quotes/Stock Checks, etc.)
  • Fielding customer calls & emails, ensuring follow up to close the loop, where answers are not readily available.
  • Liaise between Operations & customers to manage delivery expectations and support in customer order issue resolution (missing or damaged product/returns/credits, etc.

#2). TEAMWORK -

  • Collaborate within cross-functional teams & management to keep customers up to date on all matters of the business including but not limited to: minimum shipping quantities, pricing updates, order cut offs, shipping timelines, product availability, etc.

Salary is $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 + Full Benefits Package, RRSP, Profit Sharing, etc., and all tools required to perform position.

*HYBRID work schedule, 2 days remote, 3 in office once training is achieved.*
