IF THIS IS YOUR IDEAL POSITION, HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR :

- Coordination & processing of all incoming customer inquiries & requests for orders, returns, tracking, credits & accurately processing all promotional transactions across Canada. Focus on order entry & return authorization processes efficiently & accurately. You will work closely with Procurement, Warehouse, Finance & Sales in order to streamline & ensure accuracy with order entry and subsequent delivery. Escalate product related concerns to Product Manager and/or Regulatory Affairs, as necessary. Remain cool while working under pressure. Maintain integrity of company database. Transactions & documentation are processed on-time & accurately.
